Repair Shop Office Manager and Administrative Support

Job Summary:

As an Office Manager at Green ICE, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and organization. You will handle administrative tasks, manage payroll, and maintain office supplies.


Responsibilities:

    Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping

    Handle payroll processing and benefits administration

    Order and maintain office supplies

    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

    Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding and offboarding employees

    Provide general administrative support to the management team


Qualifications:

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Attention to detail and accuracy

    At least 5 years of experience in office management or administration
